Migration Status - Live Update

On Sunday, May 12th, at 10:00 PM, we initiated an upgrade intended to enhance security and provide a faster investment experience. This involved migrating our systems to a new cloud provider.

The system upgrade, initially planned to conclude on Monday 13th, at 6AM run longer than anticipated resulting in continued interruption to XENO services, including access to client accounts.

We have created this live status update to keep you informed on the full restoration of services to your investment account.

Wednesday May 15th, 10AM:

  1. The migration to our new cloud provider is complete! We still currently experiencing some intermittent service disruptions that may affect the full restoration of functionality across our platforms.
  2. Some functionalities have been restored: You can currently login to your XENO profile, view your account, and make withdrawals via our website www.myxeno.com.

Here is what we are doing;

  1. Maintaining Service Stability: We're collaborating with our new cloud solution provider to identify and resolve any issues on their end impacting service.
  2. Phased System Rollout with Quality Assurance: Our internal systems are coming back online in a controlled sequence to ensure data accuracy and minimize disruption.

Wednesday May 15th, 3.30PM:

Update on Restored Functionality

✅ User access to all client accounts [via Web, iOS, Android and USSD] 

✅ View account transactions and current balances 

✅ Deposit via bank transfer and MTN MoMo

Friday May 17th, 2.00PM

✅XENO Web login at www.myxeno.com has been stabilized. Users can now access their accounts via web.

✖️ USSD and XENO App access is still intermittent.

Our team is working diligently to ensure a smooth transition and restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

  • Simplified Goal-Tracking: Switch between different investment accounts quickly and easily. 
  • Improved Reporting: No more juggling multiple reports. We’ve combined your monthly progress into one comprehensive report. 
  • Biometric Access: Face ID and fingerprint login are back for quick and secure access. 

Important To Note: 

  • Login via Phone Number: Make sure your phone number includes +256 at the beginning (e.g., +256782123456). 
  • Login via App: You’ll be briefly redirected to your browser when logging in through the app. This new security measure ensures your account is safe across devices. Don’t worry, you’ll be back in the app in no time!
